Record a transaction on behalf of a client

Use this to log a movement executed manually via a partner bank portal (e.g. WeWire), so it appears in the client's Activity and statements.

Import from EBANQ

Upload the CSV exports of the previous platform: User profiles, Accounts, Transactions and, optionally, Access log and Requests (payment requests with the beneficiary and bank details of outgoing payments: they are matched to the transactions and fill in the counterparty data, keeping the transaction IDs). EBANQ records every operation as 2–3 entries (payment + fee, or both sides of an internal transfer) with the same Request ID: they are merged into one transaction per account, with the fee shown separately. Nothing is saved until you press Import.

Link clients already verified on Sumsub

For clients that were already approved on the previous platform and verified on Sumsub: paste one line per client with the EBANQ username (or the client e-mail / name) and the Sumsub external user ID or applicant ID, separated by ; — for example jsmith ; ext-10293. Interpay fetches from Sumsub the identity data, documents, review result and, for companies, directors / shareholders / UBOs. A single client can also be linked from its profile (Clients → client → Data from Sumsub).

The server must use the same Sumsub account (production keys) where these applicants were verified.

Prepaid cards

Top-ups to the Intercash omnibus

Clients load their card with a bank transfer to the Interpay omnibus account at Intercash, with the card reference as payment reference (never the card number). Outgoing payments to the omnibus IBAN appear here: credit the matching card once the funds have arrived at Intercash.

Waiting list

Invest with Spiko — settings (coming soon)

Clients move EUR from their operating account to the Interpay omnibus account at Spiko (bank transfer with the client reference). Interpay keeps each client's position in its own ledger. The daily yield is paid omnibus → omnibus to the Intercash prepaid-card omnibus, with the client's card reference, so it lands on the client's card. Spiko's distribution fee is split between the client and Interpay.

Staff accounts

Every person has a personal login with two-factor authentication. Roles: admin (everything), compliance (clients, KYC/AML, payment decisions), support (client messages only), viewer (read only). A new person signs in with the temporary password you set, then sets up Google Authenticator and chooses a new password.

Client sign-ins

Every sign-in to the client web platform and the mobile app (password + 2FA, PIN or biometrics), with date, time, IP address and device. Failed attempts are shown too.

Activity

Fee & Economic Reporting

Completed transactions only · transaction fees (fees on payments) and account maintenance fees (monthly / closure fees and every other charge to Interpay) shown separately · amounts in EUR equivalent.

Monthly Summary — transaction fees

Fees on payments only · completed transactions · EUR equivalent

The PDF follows the bank/partner and period selection above, and additionally breaks each month down by client (fees collected, paid to the bank, and our net margin) — that per-client detail is only in the PDF.

Account fees — opening, maintenance, closure

Every charge booked to Interpay — monthly fees, account opening and closure fees, and any payment whose beneficiary is Interpay. These entries are not listed among the transactions. Amounts in EUR equivalent; refunds are deducted.

Risk & Compliance Overview

A · Bank Cost Rates

What providers charge us — editable, used live in all fee calculations

B · Client Tariff Plans

What we charge clients — editable, used live in all fee calculations

C · Transaction Ledger

ID (the transaction reference/number) and Our Cost are editable here (e.g. to round a fee or correct the transaction number) — everything else reflects the live ledger from Transactions.

What this tool does

Behavioral rules (local, instant)
• Threshold — single transaction above the configured limit
• Velocity — too many transactions in quick succession from the same client
• Structuring — several sub-threshold amounts that sum above the limit, a classic sign of split transactions
Sanctions screening (network, official data)
Every unique name (client and counterparty) is checked against official government sanctions lists for the US, EU and Canada, with a one-click manual check for the UK list. No cost, no demo call: the US API key is obtained through automatic self-service registration.
Case management
Every transaction that triggers at least one alert becomes a case: open it from the results table to set risk level, status (open / under review / escalated / closed), assignee, attach supporting documentation, and log dated verification notes (what was checked and the outcome). Download a full case PDF from there, including the complete note history.
Privacy
Transaction data stays in this shared demo storage: the only network traffic is the name lookups sent to the official sanctions APIs (names only, never transaction amounts), and only when you click "Run sanctions screening".
Direction & full visibility
Each row shows whether the transaction is Inbound or Outbound relative to the client's own account. The results table lists every transaction, not just alerted ones — use the flag/risk/status filters to narrow it down, or "Download full report (PDF)" to export everything, alerted or not, plus an appendix with all recorded case notes.
Limitations to keep in mind
A simple rules engine meant for triage and testing — it does not replace a certified AML/CTF system or your due-diligence policies. Any sanctions list match always requires manual verification before any operational decision.

Monitoring rules & sanctions screening

Free forever, no demo call: register in about a minute at developer.trade.gov → "Get Access" → copy the key. Without a key, US screening falls back to the local keyword list only. Not persisted — you'll need to re-enter it each session.
United States — Consolidated Screening List (OFAC SDN, BIS Entity/Denied/Unverified List, DDTC) — automatic, free API key
European Union — EU Consolidated Financial Sanctions List — automatic, best-effort (falls back to a manual-check link if the browser blocks the request)
Canada — Consolidated Canadian Autonomous Sanctions List (SEMA/JVCFOA) — automatic, best-effort
United Kingdom — UK Sanctions List (FCDO) — manual one-click verification link per counterparty
